I have been doing that for about 6 weeks now... is it really too much ?? i do weight lifting on alternate days.. 5"7 126 lbs... im finding its getting boring these days to go soo long, if i cut it down to 30 minutes i only burn about 400 cal vs the 700 i burn with 60 min... opinions??

You need to give your body a rest day. You shouldn’t be working out 7 days a week in the first place. Your muscles break down when you exercise and then build themselves back up….that is how muscles grow. You are giving your muscles no time to regenerate.
And it sounds like you are obsessing with the calories. Check your BMI. You don’t need to lose any weight.
No, that is not to much. I will assume that you are walking with burning 700 calories over an hours period. If you feel good and you are not suffering from sore muscles and energy loss then there is no reason not to continue at the same level. Its certainly not going to hurt you. The thicker and bigger muscles in your legs are not affected by everyday excercise like other smaller muscle groups.
