My husband just bought the bowflex extreme and he loves it , it saves time and gas when we live so far from the city it is more convenient for him he works out anytime of day he wants too and he doesn’t have to fight for machines at the gym, he swears by it and he has lost inches ans weight in only four weeks :O} . hope this answered a part of your question
