Ok, so I know that to see your abs you have to burn lots of fat and eat very healthy,
I eat very healthy and walk on 4.5 mph on the tread w/o incline everyday and do pilates for 15 mins 2 days on 2 days off from a video which does burn my abs, I do one type of pilates one week and other the next week,
so to see my abs would it be better if I bought a treadmill with incline to burn more cals or what about the bowflex treadclimber,(I think is this one the one on the commercial that says that it burns more cals than a treadmill and is easy on the knees) I want something that is easy on the knees as I see my workout to be in my future and not mess up my joints, I'm 21 and I'm looking for a long time work-out, thanks
I think I'm gonna sell my treadmill cause I didn't know about the incline stuff and my treadmill has no incline, so would incline get me better results, the answer is probably yes but just wondering as to my abs, not my legs my whole body is very well toned, is just my tummy I want to go away

girl at 21 u should not be worrying about your freaking joints unless they are already messed up just get u a regular treadmill and incline that sucker a little and do some fast walking for at least 30 minutes a day along with watching your food intake and u will see results.
