I am getting one for Christmas and want to know if it is worth it. I have heard a lot of success stories, but is there some sort of catch to it?

ah well it all depends on if u use it enough… if u are going to use it 4 times a week for 45 – 60 mins then yes…
if u make it challenging enough then yes it will be good..
but eventually u will get bored and want to join a gym…
just get it anyway.. its only money really.. most things end up being a waste eventually
