Not my cup of tea though. I didn’t like what it was doing to my knees. So I went back to the elliptical. Did I see any results in 6 weeks? Yes. Pain in my knees when I walk at a certain pace.

You won’t see too much of a difference if you don’t combine it with some sort of resistance training.
