Will the bowflex revolution get me into great shape?

I am about 6'3" and weight about 185 lbs, so I'm not trying to loose weight. I'm just looking for an at-home gym that I can use to bulk up a little...not turn into a body builder. Does anyone have experience with the bowflex revolution that might be able to tell me if I use it 4 times a week for a hard 45 minutes a time if I can add some noticable muscle mass? Thanks!

As long as you stick to it you should be able to build a little.

Yes and no, truly free weights would be better and you also must consider changing your diet, at least that’s my two cents.

how’s it goin? i wish i had that frame. it definitely will work. i have one of the original versions and it still does the trick so i’m sure the newer ones will. the best part is that you do it cuz i always thought half the hassle was getting back and forth from the gym so i never felt like going but with it at home i kinda got addicted to it at one point. of course it always depends on how much weight and how often you use it but i tried to do atleast 4 times a week and more if i could and you’ll definitely see results but give it 4-6 weeks or so. i’ve been slackin since the holidays myself and can’t wait to get into it again soon. actually, i think i just fired myself up to go workout. good luck.
