How to prevent numb toes on elliptical machine?

Is there any way to prevent or minimize numb toes when I do my elliptical exercize?

I can go about 25-30 minutes before they get numb. I have to get off the machine and take my shoes off for awhile and then go another 25- 30 minutes.

I like to go 60 minutes on the machine non-stop.

Your shoes may not have enough room for your toes!

i have this problem too! (and i go for about 60 minutes as well) a few things that have seemed to help me:

1) making sure my shoes aren’t laced too tight
2) stretching out before
3) insoles for my feet

also, wear socks that are somewhat lose..hope these tips help!
